Druglawed 2 is a feature film comprising 4 stand-alone documentaries. "Statesman" is filmed on location in Uruguay & Argentina, featuring President José Mujica, the former guerrilla who became a renegade statesman famous for his personal austerity and revolutionary courage. Mujica is railing against the effects of globalization and the Drug War on his small country. In the face of overwhelming UN and US opposition, he oversaw the transformation of Uruguay into the first country with a fully regulated legal cannabis market.
